Made to order:

Devlin Lane pieces are handcrafted to order rather than held as ready stock, so please allow 2 - 4 weeks for your piece to be made before it ships. Made-to-order timeframes may extend during high-demand periods (e.g. holiday season) — we'll let you know if this affects your order.

Delivery:

- We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post 

- Domestic shipping typically takes 7-10 business days once dispatched.

- International shipping available to: Currently we ship within Australia only

- A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.

Shipping costs:

- Standard shipping $11.00 / calculated at checkout / free shipping over $240.00.

- Express shipping $15.00/ calculated at checkout / free shipping over $240.00.

International Shipping:

- Standard shipping $20.00/ calculated at checkout / free shipping over $240.00.

- We currently only ship to New Zealand and Australia.

Order changes:

Because pieces are made to order, please contact us as soon as possible at [your email] if you need to change your address or order details — once production has started, we may not be able to make changes.

Lost or delayed parcels:

We're not responsible for delays caused by the courier once an order has been dispatched, but we're happy to help track down a missing parcel — reach out to us and we'll assist with the courier directly.
