Order Cancellation Policy

Because every Devlin Lane piece is handcrafted to order using limited deadstock leather, we’re only able to accept cancellations within a short window after your order is placed.

Cancelling your order

• You can cancel your order for a full refund within 24hrs of placing it, as long as production hasn’t started.

• To cancel, contact us as soon as possible at info@devlinlane.com with your order number.

• Once your piece has moved into production, we’re unable to cancel or refund the order — at that point, the leather has been cut and allocated specifically to your piece, and (given the deadstock, limited nature of our materials) it generally can’t be reused for another orde
